the location was convenient for transport, shopping and restaurants.

the air conditioner was very noisy, so much so that we couldn't use it. sleeping with the windows open wasn't an option because the apartment faced a main street and was super noisy. the staff didn't fix the air conditioner or offer a different room. disappointing, really.

the apartment was very CLEAN. i also found that the location was great, and everything was nearby. it was a PLEASURE to stay in this apartment. the apartment had everything i needed.

the check-in process was quite disappointing. i arrived in the morning but couldn't check in until 3 p.m. i had to wait until the very last minute to receive the code for my room. the internet DIDN'T work on the first day. it only started working on the second.
